Would you please clarify the information on these two units? My understanding is that one of the properties is a cash payment. Is this 800 pesos? Do the pictures reflect this property? Is the other property through pagigbig the same type/size property and is this reflected in the pictures? It definitely looks like the cash payment is the better deal comparing 800 pesos cash to 180K down and financing the balance. What is the condition of the two properties? Thanks.
